FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I bring my dog?  Cat?  Llama?

Yes. We welcome your pets on the bridge all the time and at the party.  Please use your best judgment and help us keep the Party on

the Purple a safe event. Be aware that the event is likely to be crowded and Fido might not like all the feet around him in a confined space.

Every day I ride my bike on the bridge.  Can I still do that?

Yes.  The largest part of the bridge — the one that used to carry automobile traffic — is where the party occurs, but there is a narrower walkway called Pagan’s Path in the middle of the bridge that will remain open to pedestrians and bikers. We ask all walkers, runners, and bikers use this path during the party.

Can I bring chairs?

No. The festival promoter provides some seating on the bridge.
